Due to popular demand for people replacing parts on other kits with our parts, we are now offering our Death Trooper as individual part kits. Please select the part needed from the options list.
We make one of the most durable and troopable kits on the market. Our kits are made to last and be worn, bumped into and moved in. My first kit I made was plastic and I felt like I was some fragile doll walking around and not a tough trooper so I decided to make our in fiberglass. Unlike flimsy plastic kits, our kit is made from gel coated fiberglass which costs more to produce, but yields a set of armor that is a lot more durable and is meant for troopers who plan on actually trooping in their armor and don’t want to walk around like plastic dolls. The armor is made with the same process as car parts and boats. Each piece starts with a jet black gel coat which is laid into the mold .02 inches thick. Then 2 layers of 3/4 oz. fiberglass mat are laid up on top of the gel coat.
This listing is for rough cast pulls from our molds. Finishing will be required on the part of the purchaser.
A note on internationals shipments: We are finding that not all countries will allow full insurance through USPS. Though we can ship DHL or FedEx, the cost is much more. Should you decide to risk USPS, then we can only be responsible for the maximum insurance allowed. (Usually $500 for some countries, maybe less.)
All parts are made to order and require 2-6 weeks depending on our work schedule.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
3D Printed kits are printed on demand and are not returnable. If you receive a broken part or a part which has a flaw, please contact us and we will get you a replacement part.
All of our fiberglas armor kits are laid up by hand and resin prints are hand poured because all of these parts are "low run" specialized parts. We try to be very careful in the layup process to eliminate bubbles or imperfections, but these do happen. Filling in or smoothing small bubbles or sanding imperfections is part of the prep process before the parts are painted. If you do receive a part which you think has too many flaws, contact us and we will work with you to either repair the part or get you a new one.
